Our mission
Make one person's good AI judgment everyone's default.
Verybear exists so that the best way your company does a task with AI is the way everyone does it. Automatically, in the tools they already use.
The story
Two questions kept coming up.
“Which model should I use for this?” and “how do I steer an agent to do X properly?” We heard both questions from almost every company we talked to, asked by someone different every time and answered slightly differently every time.
The answer wasn't a better model picker, and it wasn't another training session. It was routing the task, not the model. Once a task is named and routed well, one person's judgment about how to do it can serve everyone who ever asks again.
So that's what we built: a router that sits quietly behind the tools people already use, and a place for your AI team to write down, once, what good looks like.
What we believe
Four ideas we keep coming back to.
Route tasks, not vibes
A good outcome shouldn't depend on who happened to ask. We route the work, not the person.
Governance, not policing
Guardrails should hold automatically. Nobody should get caught out for not reading a doc they never saw.
Everyone's judgment counts
The best way to do a task is usually already known by someone on the team. We just make it portable.
Boring on purpose
No new tool to learn, no model to pick. The best infrastructure disappears into the tool you already use.
The team
A small team, close to the problem.
