Discovery
How Verybear notices patterns in unhandled requests and proposes new flows and optimizations.
Discovery is how Verybear gets smarter about your company without anyone having to guess what flows to build next. Every request that lands on the General assistance default is logged. When a real pattern shows up (the same kind of task, repeated), it becomes a proposed new flow.
Discovery also watches active flows for optimizations: effort levels that could drop without hurting quality, models that could be swapped, subagents that aren't earning their cost. Each proposal comes with evidence, not just a suggestion.
Example proposals
- New flow: "37 similar requests in the last 7 days hit the General assistance flow" → proposed Escalation summary flow.
- Optimization: "Quality signal unchanged in a 2-week shadow run; 98% of prompts answered from local context" → proposed model swap to a local model.
Nothing from discovery goes live automatically. Your AI team reviews each proposal, sees the evidence, and approves, dismisses, or snoozes it. Snoozed proposals resurface if the underlying pattern keeps growing.
