SSO and SCIM

Single sign-on and automated user provisioning for Business and Enterprise organizations.

Business and Enterprise plans support SAML and OIDC single sign-on, plus SCIM for automated user provisioning and deprovisioning from your identity provider.

Setting up SSO

From the console, go to Organization → Security → SSO and provide your identity provider's metadata URL or XML. Once enabled, SSO can be made mandatory for all sign-ins. Email and social sign-in are disabled at that point for your domain.

SCIM provisioning

SCIM keeps seats in sync with your identity provider automatically. A new hire added to the right group gets a seat and a desk-ready invite without anyone touching the Verybear console, and someone removed from your IdP loses their seat immediately.

Deprovisioning through SCIM disconnects every desk for that person immediately, the same as manually removing a seat.
