Does Verybear store the content of our requests?
Requests are logged for routing, discovery, and quality signal. They are not surfaced to admins as raw transcripts. Governance views show aggregates: spend, flow usage, quality. See Concepts → Discovery.
Can a user pick their own model?
No. Routing is handled entirely by the matched flow. This is intentional: it's what keeps output consistent and spend predictable across the company.
What happens if a desk loses connectivity?
It keeps running against the last synced policy revision until connectivity returns, then syncs automatically. Nothing blocks the person from working.
Can one person be on more than one team?
A seat belongs to one primary team for budget purposes, but can run any flow they have access to, including shared flows across teams.
How is a flow matched to a request?
By what the request is asking for, using the flow's description and example phrasings, not by exact keyword matching. See Concepts → Flows.
