Budgets and alerts
Set a monthly budget per team, with an org-wide alert threshold.
Every team has a monthly budget and a live spend total, visible to that team's owner and to Finance. An org-wide alert threshold (80% by default) applies to every team, so there's one number to reason about rather than one per team.
An alert is information, not an enforcement action. Verybear never silently stops a task mid-run because a team crossed a threshold. What it does is put the spend, and the flows driving it, in front of a human with enough context to decide what's next.
